What is the training itinerary?

    You are required to arrive 15 mins before the lesson begins to warm up and do essential stretching. The training commence with a brief revision of previous classes followed by the intended lesson which includes physical training. Finally at the end of the 90 mins lesson, there will be a 10 minutes warm down and stretching session.

Is the grading system really necessary?

    The grading system is in place to ensure every student is developed effective and systematically. Progress will be monitored to develop a strong foundation to ensure economically use of time and fees.

Is the training tough?

    There are no prerequisite for fitness level and previous martial arts experience required. All beginners will be thought and trained to develop the necessary skills and fitness.
