Coach Lai (National Centralized Team Coach), will be conducting San Shou workshop on 14 Aug at 2pm till 4pm in Braddell Heights CC, level 4 training hall. All are welcome.

To all our members, There will be make up class on 10 Aug, Wed at 7pm in Cairnhill C.C. For the training on the 14 Aug Sunday, we will have sparring session after the training, those who want to spar please bring your personal protective gear along (mouth piece and groin guard).
